How far in advance should we book?
For full planning, twelve to eighteen months is ideal, particularly for Saturday dates between May and October in Orange County. Partial planning works well from four to six months out, and day-of production can usually be arranged with six to eight weeks’ notice if the date is open.
Do you travel outside Anaheim?
Yes. Travel within sixty miles of our Anaheim studio is included in our fees. Beyond that, travel and accommodation are quoted separately and shown as a line item in your proposal before you sign anything.
Can we use our own vendors?
Absolutely. We review any contracts you have already signed and integrate those vendors into the run-of-show. We will flag risks we see, but the choice is yours.
Do you charge commissions or take referral fees?
No. We do not accept commissions, kickbacks or rebates from vendors. If a supplier offers one, it is credited back to your budget in writing. This is stated in our terms of service.
What happens if it rains?
Every outdoor event we produce ships with a written rain plan, including a decision deadline, the alternative layout and any tenting cost pre-quoted. We make the call with you at the agreed time, not on the morning of the event.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry $2,000,000 in general liability coverage and issue certificates of insurance to venues on request, usually within one business day.
How do we pay, and is a deposit required?
A 35% retainer confirms your date, with two further payments during the planning period. We accept ACH transfer, business check and major credit cards, all in US dollars.
Can we cancel or move the date?
Yes, subject to the terms in our booking and refund policy. Retainers are non-refundable because the date is removed from our calendar, but we will apply the amount to a rescheduled date within twelve months where our calendar allows.
What size events do you take?
Our smallest recent event was an intimate dinner for 24; our largest was a three-day corporate programme for 1,200. Most projects fall between 80 and 350 guests.
Do you handle permits and licensing?
We coordinate City of Anaheim special event permits, amplified sound variances, tent and fire-marshal approvals and ABC licence coordination as an add-on service.
Who will actually be at our event?
A named senior planner, agreed in your proposal, plus the crew size listed in your package. We do not substitute unfamiliar subcontractors on event day.
How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
Within one business day, Monday to Friday. Enquiries received over the weekend are usually answered on Monday morning Pacific time.
