Accessibility Statement

Marigold & Vine Events is committed to making both this website and the events we produce usable by as many people as possible.
1. Website standards
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Measures currently in place include semantic HTML structure, a skip-to-content link, descriptive alternative text on informative images, visible keyboard focus, colour contrast ratios tested against AA thresholds, responsive layouts down to 320 pixels, and respect for the operating system’s reduced-motion preference, which disables our animations.
2. Known limitations
Some historical event photography carries brief alternative text that summarises rather than fully describes the scene. Our enquiry form hands off to your email client, which we do not control. We are working on both and welcome reports of anything else.
3. Accessible events
When planning your event we can arrange step-free access and accessible restrooms, reserved seating with clear sightlines, ASL interpretation, live captioning for presentations, large-print or braille printed materials, sensory-considerate quiet rooms, allergen-aware and dietary-specific menus, and accessible transport and parking. Tell us early and it becomes part of the plan rather than an afterthought.
4. Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this website or need information in an alternative format, contact us and we will provide it within five business days at no cost.
